Of course god goku then and blue goku now fighting, blue would win regardless since at that point he is stronger. My guess is that if there were two Gokus at any point with the same power level, one became a super saiyan god and the other went super saiyan blue and fought to the death, god would win in a short term battle, but blue would win in a long battle.
